I have extensive experience treating anxiety disorders, mood disorders, thought disorders, addiction, interpersonal problems, adjustment issues, behavioral disorders, and parenting issues. I also specialize in working with individuals with traumatic exposure. I am intensively trained in dialectical behavior therapy and certified in exposure and response prevention therapy for obsessive compulsive disorder through the Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety at University of Pennsylvania. I also specialize in couples therapy utilizing the Gottman Method. I am passionate about empowering my clients and providing a safe, supportive atmosphere for personal growth.
